Musical Director & Conductor
Bill studied piano with Soulima Stravinsky (son of Igor) and worked theatrically with E.Y. Harburg, Sheldon Harnick and Alan Menken. His tenure with singer and RCA artist John Gary spanned five nationwide tours, symphony concerts, showroom acts and recordings. He served five years as guest conductor for Milwaukee’s Music Under the Stars. Bill ushered in the Millennium by conducting chanteuse Raquel Bitton’s Edith Piaf concert tour, including three performances at Carnegie Hall. Over 7,000 wee folks a year enjoy Bill with the Children’s Theater Association of San Francisco; and every Sunday he’s behind both organ and piano at Holy Innocents’ Church. He has been with BBB since 1993 and offers every show to the memory of his wife, Starry.
